Taking photographs underwater is seen by many to be a daunting subject. Potentially expensive and sometimes difficult to understand. People are often put off before they’ve even given it a chance, believing that the route to good underwater photography means that they need to spend a fortune and possess ninja like underwater imaging expertise.

About US
We are Anne and Phil Medcalf and between us we have over 45 years diving experience and over 30 years taking pictures underwater. Other that time we’ve both been successful in competitive photography and now provide training in underwater photography and sell equipment. We are regular speakers at the Go Diving Show and have written about underwater photography for Scuba Diver Magazine.
As equipment dealers we'll help you navigate the minefield that is buying an underwater camera setup and once you have it we can provide you with the skills you need to produce great images through underwater photography courses we run in the UK and overseas. We also provide one to one tuition at our home in Manchester or online via Zoom covering underwater and general photography and also photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
