We are running an underwater photography workshop on
at Dive Into Lembeh resort in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. This trip is ideal for any level of underwater photographer using any camera who has a particular interest in macro marine life. We've dived at the Lembeh Strait repeatedly over the years and it never fails to deliver when it comes to amazing sea creatures to photograph.
Here are the details:
Dive Into Lembeh 12nts with 11 days diving / 2 guided boat dives per day and unlimited house reef diving
Twin/double share Long House Rooms costs £1819 per person. Single supplement is £24 per person / per night.
Twin/double share Sea View Rooms costs £2142 per person. Single supplement is £39 per person / per night.
Price includes return transfers from Manado airport to resort, 12nts accommodation as stated, full board meal plan, unlimited teas, coffees and drinking water, 11 days diving with 2 guided boat dives per day plus unlimited house reef diving between 8am - 6pm, tanks and weights on air and all government service fees and taxes.
Not included: International flights on Singapore Airlines/Scoot Air. Guide price for these, based on March 2023 fares, is around £1200 per person for economy class (25kgs baggage plus carry on).
Dates do not include travelling time from the UK and back.
Additional diving costs
Additional guided boat dives outside of the above packages can easily be arranged once at the resort and paid for locally. Guided dives by speedboat (day or night dives) cost US $50 per person/per dive.
For those wishing to dive with Nitrox, the cost per tank is US $7, or US $20 for the day.
Important information regarding currency exchange rates
Please note all below prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuation. Deposit payments will be converted at the rate of the day on which they are paid and applied to your booking. An adjustment will be made to the outstanding balance at the time the balance becomes due. Alternatively, anyone can choose to make payments at any time they wish, in order to take advantage of a good rate at that time. Exchange rate used at the time of this quote is USD $1.30 to the Pound.
Please note that the prices given are based on the current resort rates, which are valid until 31st March 2023. They expect to release the 2023 rates sometime during this summer, but they have said that they will honour the current rates for anyone that pays a deposit to secure their places before the 2023 rates are released.

The diving and photography is primarily about macro life although there are some wide angle dives available at the top of the Lembeh Straits. The workshop format will include short talks about underwater photography, opportunity to try equipment that we'll bring along, one to one time with us to look at your images and impromptu teaching sessions as questions arise.
